AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES

Your signature can be added to the card as well!  When you place your order, indicate if you wish for the cards to include signatures.  We will provide information to you on how we need to obtain the signatures.

PERSONNEL PHOTO

Your ID Cards should include your name with your photo.  When providing photos to us, it is helpful to rename the picture files to the name of the person in the photo.

YOUR DEPARTMENT NUMBER

Your department issued number can be included on your cards.

STATE CERTIFICATION NUMBER

The ID Card can include your state certification number.  This can also be done in BARCODE format.  Virginia now uses barcode scanners to record continuing education hours.
